Wind direction sensor for hydromet stations by FTS.
The WDM-30 Wind Direction Sensor is a high quality, accurate and durable sensor. Constructed from high quality anodized aluminum and stainless steel, it will provide years of dependable service in adverse environments.

Starting threshold of 1 mph (1.6 km/h)
Locking orientation alignment fixture for accurate field alignment.
Will operate at wind speeds of up to 100 mph (161 km/h).

This sensor utilizes sealed stainless steel bearings, and a precision wire wound potentiometer for accurate resolution of wind direction. It also includes an orientation alignment locking fixture that ensures it will be correctly aligned to true north.
